A study of the principles of effective communication, with emphasis upon the reading and writing of exposition.
Required of all freshmen with exception of those whose scores in English proficiency warrant advance placement.
Students must pass with a grade of "C" or better.
Prerequisite: ACT scores of 19 or above or placement test required.
