This course is designed to help the leader address, analyze, and manage conflict effectively, with professional
and ministerial etiquette. It explores organizational methodologies needed to effectively mediate conflict in
the contemporary church. Change agent theory and other organizational methodologies needed to effectively
lead the contemporary church are also explained.
