This course introduces students to the structure of number systems, operations, properties, ordering, functions,
and number theory beginning with natural numbers and extending through the set of all real numbers. Topics
include formulating and interpreting Boolean logic and Russell’s paradox, applying fundamental mathematical
theory and principles, and interpreting mathematical notation and definitions.
